11. Default Order Requirement
11.1. As a condition of using our Customer Self-Service App, you agree to establish a default order of a minimum of four units of our products at least once per calendar month.

11.2. You may modify your default order quantity at any time through the app's designated functionality. Alternatively, you can make changes by contacting your local depot directly.

11.3. Failure to maintain a default order in accordance with the minimum requirements may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the app, as outlined in Section 6.
